At Lifeline Telehealth, keeping your information safe and secure is a top priority. Our management and use of your personal data are fully compliant with the Privacy Act 2020, the Health Information Privacy Code, and our own strict Privacy Policy.
We take extra steps to protect your information by encrypting all personal electronic data. When it comes to sharing your medical notes with your usual GP, we always ask for your permission first. Additionally, we follow New Zealand’s Telehealth regulations and policies to maintain your security during consultations.
